As someone who has worked in customer facing roles for my entire career, I value how a business pivots to assist customers when things go wrong. Mission Viejo Florist not only pivoted, but went above and beyond for me when things didn't go as planned. For that, they will have my business for any and all future flower orders. I ordered flowers for my wife for her birthday and the person on the phone said that I could pick up the flowers in the afternoon on Saturday. However, unbeknownst to me, the shop is closed at that time. The employee was new and didn't know that either. I called back on that Saturday at around 1:30 because I hadn't heard from them after placing the order during the week and left a voicemail. The manager called me on Sunday after hearing my voicemail and offered to make things right and apologized for the error. She apologized, aligned with me, and assured me that I would be taken care of. THAT is top notch customer service. I picked up my beautiful arrangement for my wife and was greeted warmly and the rest of my experience was exceptional. We'll be customers for life.

Great selection and great price! I needed to send flowers to the hospital and they made the most beautiful custom bouquet. They delivered same-day and were so nice and helpful! I will definitely use them for all flower deliveries!

5/5 Stars I cannot say enough amazing things about Mission Viejo Florist and their team! They were the floral visionaries behind our wedding, and truly brought our dream day to life. From the very first meeting, they were warm, creative, and so easy to work with. They listened closely to what I wanted and executed so seamlessly. We knew we wanted strictly white and blue flowers with a beachy theme. The blue hydrangeas were absolutely stunning and were exactly what we were looking for. The bouquets were breathtaking, the ceremony flowers were magical, and the reception arrangements completely transformed the space. Guests kept asking who did our florals because they couldn't stop staring! Everything was fresh, beautifully designed, and perfectly cohesive with our colors and style. Beyond the stunning work, the level of professionalism and attention to detail was incredible. They handled everything seamlessly on the wedding day so I didn't have to worry for a second. Thank you very much!!

I had such an amazing experience working with Grace at Mission Viejo Florist for my wedding! She sat down with me and helped me put together my dream florals for our special day. Months later I still get compliments from family and friends about how lovely they came out! Our venue even commented they were some of the most unique florals they’ve ever seen at their site! I would highly recommend!

They adorned a tall and wide oceanfront pergola with stunning flowers, meticulously crafted to match my daughter’s vision perfectly. Equipped with the necessary tools, extra staff, and an extensive array of flowers, they ensured every detail was executed flawlessly. The oceanfront wedding and reception were transformed into a floral paradise, creating a magical ambiance for the bride and groom on their special day. The happy couple couldn’t have been more delighted. The scale of this floral project was substantial, encompassing not only the outdoor structure but also unique floral designs for each member of the sizable wedding party, as well as all the tables and displays.
